Start with the business need
A useful training brief connects the business challenge, participant roles and desired workplace behaviours. We use that discussion to shape a scope for review, rather than treating every enquiry as the same course.
Review the facilitator before confirming
Your proposal should identify the proposed trainer and relevant background. Ask to review qualifications, practical experience, language and subject fit. Approved trainer profiles and programme photographs will be added when available; no unverified biographies or client endorsements are presented here.
Agree on the practical details
Confirm dates, group size, venue or online arrangements, accessibility needs, materials, fees, cancellation arrangements and any agreed evaluation or follow-up in writing.
Check funding status separately
HRD Corp registration is still in progress. Training frameworks on this site are not represented as claimable programmes.
