Training enquiry privacy notice

Information you choose to provide

The training enquiry form asks for your name, organisation, email, optional telephone number, training requirements and preferred timeline. Do not include confidential employee records, identity documents or sensitive personal information.

How enquiries are handled

Tabaruc Resources uses your details to review your request, contact you and prepare a training or consultancy proposal. A private copy is stored in the website administration area. A notification is addressed to [email protected], and a receipt may be emailed to the address you provide. Email delivery depends on the configured mail service.

Access and retention

Enquiry records are intended for authorised website administrators. Relevant copies may also be held in the designated email account. Records should be retained only while needed for the enquiry and related administration, and reviewed by the business for deletion when no longer needed.

You may contact [email protected] or call +603 2297 3658 to ask about your enquiry, request correction or request deletion. We may need to confirm that the request relates to you.

Spam prevention

The form uses a security token, a hidden spam field and a short submission limit. A salted hash of the connection IP is used temporarily to apply that limit; it is not added to the enquiry text.

Scope of this notice

This notice describes the training enquiry workflow. It does not confirm a training booking, create HRD Corp eligibility or promise a response within a fixed period. Downloading a brief saves a copy to your device; it does not send the enquiry.
