Who this framework is for
Employees, team coordinators, supervisors and project teams.
Learning outcomes
Subject to the final agreed scope, participants would work towards being able to:
- Distinguish priorities, tasks and desired outcomes.
- Break an objective into actions with owners and realistic milestones.
- Identify interruptions, dependencies and obstacles in a work plan.
- Create a simple review routine and a personal improvement commitment.
Suggested workshop structure
- Work and priorities: identifying outcomes, competing demands and common friction.
- Planning execution: tasks, milestones, dependencies and realistic capacity.
- Working effectively: meetings, handovers, interruptions and progress visibility.
- Review and adapt: a practical planning exercise and a workplace action commitment.
Format and planning basis
A one-day facilitated workshop can be used as an initial planning basis. A shorter session or a sequence of sessions may be more appropriate after reviewing your objectives. This is not a fixed duration or an advertised event date.
Discuss in-person or online delivery, participant numbers, accessibility needs, language, venue and facilitator requirements with the team. Availability and suitability are confirmed in the proposal.
How learning can be applied
Activities may combine short explanations, relevant scenarios, individual reflection, small-group discussion and practical exercises. Client examples should be anonymised before they are shared.
Proposed outputs
- An agreed programme outline and learning objectives.
- Participant worksheets or exercise materials appropriate to the confirmed scope.
- An individual or team action plan developed during the workshop.
- Participant feedback and any evaluation summary explicitly included in the proposal.
How progress can be reviewed
Agree on the evaluation method before delivery. Options to discuss include a short learning check, observation of a practice exercise, participant feedback or a later action-plan review. These are not guarantees of business performance or accredited qualifications.
Facilitator and quotation
The written proposal should identify the facilitator, relevant background, final content, duration, participant capacity, fee, inclusions and booking conditions. Trainer profiles are provided for review before confirmation; no named trainer is promised by this framework.
HRD Corp status
Training provider registration is currently in progress. This framework is not represented as HRD Corp claimable. Confirm the current status and requirements separately before making any claim arrangements.
Questions to discuss
- Which workplace challenge should the examples address?
- What experience do participants already have?
- What should participants be able to do after the session?
- What follow-up and evaluation would be useful?
